Use Drawings for sheet types, view settings, title blocks, albums and PDF export. Use Estimates for quantities, regional and manual prices, allowances and saved versions. Use Sharing and access for public links, collaborators, permissions and estimate snapshots.
These results serve different purposes. A drawing records selected views, an estimate prices counted model quantities, and access settings determine who can see or change a project. Model and outputs explains their relationship.
