Choose the project's market before calculating. Country and Region identify where prices apply; Show totals in changes how you read the money.

| Country | The country where the project will be built. It sets the pricing market and its default pricing currency. Changing country resets the Region choice. |
| Region | Select the applicable subdivision, or explicitly choose Whole country. Countries without subdivisions do not need this choice. |
| Show totals in | A selected currency adds converted totals using the reported exchange rate and date; it does not replace the original prices. The current saved-setting path falls back to USD for the blank As priced choice, so check the conversion shown under the total. |
| Finishes room by room | Counts the finish materials assigned to individual Rooms. Where selected Room finishes replace a general assumed allowance, those two amounts are not added together. |
| Railings, Paving, Pool, Fence and gates | Include or exclude the corresponding supported model work from this estimate. |
Choose your own country, region and display currency. Poland and PLN in the examples belong to the demonstration project. Settings are saved when changed. They do not by themselves make an old calculation represent the new market; calculate again and check the Prices for statement below the totals.
For room-by-room finishes, assign the actual floor, wall or ceiling finishes to the Rooms first. An unchecked finish option does not mean the building has no finishing costs: a general assumed finish allowance may still appear. Read the resulting rows and gaps.
Individual table rows and whole sections also have In switches. They change counted scope independently of the settings above. Excluded rows remain visible. See how to read the result.
